EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted – when eligible.
- Items must be postmarked for return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn and in the same condition as when sent.
- Buyer pays return shipping & tracking costs.
EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
- Item must be unused.
- Item must be in the same condition when you received it.
- Item must be in its original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the exchange.
YOU MUST send an email to laurien.rose@gmail.com with the subject “SEEKING EXCHANGE” prior to mailing the Item back. Please provide a brief explanation as to why you are seeking an exchange in the body of your email.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once the Item(s) is received, it is inspected. An email is sent to notify you we received the Item as well as our approval or rejection of the exchange.
If approved, your exchange will be processed and a new item will be shipped to you.

SHIPPING
All shipments are made to the address you provide at checkout.
To ensure your package gets to you without delay, please double check that your shipping address is correct and up to date.
US orders are shipped via USPS First Class and Priority mail. They should arrive within 7 business days.
PayPal offers insurance if your item does not arrive or is damaged in transit. If you wish to purchase insurance for your item through USPS, email laurien.rose@gmail.com and the extra cost will be added to your order.
Damage occurring in transit will not be reimbursed or eligible for an exchange. All Items are wrapped in protective layers to ensure they get to you in perfect shape. Again, paying via PayPal provides insurance to cover an Item that arrives damaged.
International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or receiving fees incurred. International First Class mail can take 1-6 weeks to arrive, varying by country and the held in customs.
Once a package has been delivered to the shipping company, it is no longer in our control.
SHIPPING IS CURRENTLY FREE, as the costs have been calculated into the price of each item.
